Coordinated Fitouts + Renovations was engaged to provide fitout works for one of Perth City’s oldest buildings. The client was looking to refresh the offices with a new, up-market look to allow for a new tenant to move into an office that was already renovated and ready.

The build comprised of complete demolition of the existing office space, the construction of new end of trip facilities, mechanical, and electrical, a new kitchenette, new glazed offices, a boardroom, and a new open plan workspace that met the client’s expectations and budget requirement.

The build was approximately seven weeks.
