EDI RAIL MAINTENANCE FACILITY

Coordinated Fitouts + Renovations has a long standing relationship with EDI-Bombardier. Recently, we completed renovations to the Crib Room and Ablutions facilities in their Administration Building and the full design, construction and fitout of their new Stores Warehouse. This included the design, plan preparation, engineering, certification and construction of a new two-storey steel warehouse facility with compressed air services, a built-in mezzanine structure and a two-storey office facility to house their administration staff and electronics lab.

Previous works include consultancy, engineering and assessment services, fitout of small offices, fabrication and installation of the steel bike shed and various steel elevated platforms, railcar access gates, barriers and handrails, as well as various remedial works and repairs to pre-existing steel gates, handrails, cladding and structures.

We have also undertaken varied works at EDI’s Claisebrook Administration Building and Maintenance Facility, including office renovations and numerous steelworks such as the fabrication and installation of safety platforms, railings, safety drop-down bars for railcars, handrail modifications to pre-existing structures, and engineering certification.
