WAPPA HEAD OFFICE & TRAINING FACILITY

This was an extensive renovation project which required the design and reconfiguration of a two-storey administration facility and was staggered to keep client operations relatively normal. Works included redesign, preparation of certified plans, extensive internal reconfiguration, new automated airconditioning system, ablution renovations, reception counter modifications, and construction of new offices, kitchen facility and amenities.

It also incorporated the design and construction of a large flexible training space accommodating 100 people that can be split into two smaller training rooms by an acoustically rated operable wall.

Since then, our client has returned to us for the design, construction and fitout of an additional meeting room with glass wall and audiovisual services, and the reconfiguration of their upstairs space to include a dedicated foyer, counter and amenities station to service the meeting rooms.
