Symbio Laboratories engaged us for complete design and construction of their new Perth based lab.

Coordinated Fitouts + Renovations converted 700m2 of old office space into a brand new laboratory facility in Canning Vale  Symbio Laboratories. The fitout includes a brand new kitchen, breakout area, 2 offices, 1 meeting room, laboratory benching, testing rooms, media preparation rooms, storage areas, wash down rooms, and toilets.

Coordinated Fitouts + Renovations prepared certified plans and organised council approvals to conduct extensive demolition work on the site. Coordinated Fitouts + Renovations reconfigured and constructed internal walls and glazing, installed a brand new electrical and data, including a full power upgrade to accommodate our client’s electrical requirements, new split air-conditioning systems and positive pressure ventilation, new plumbing and emergency shower facilities, custom-made chemical-resistant benching and cabinetry, new flooring throughout, building signage and a complete renovation of the existing kitchen facilities.
