The Agency Gallery

Coordinated Fitouts + Renovations were asked to revitalise an existing shop in the heart of Claremont into a showroom for The Agency, an ASX listed real estate company. The intent was to be able to utilise the space to showcase new developments to prospective clients. Since its opening, it has also been used as a gallery for local artists and fundraising events.

Coordinated Fitouts + Renovations demolished the existing interior walls, and ceilings, and constructed a new open plan area with a single glazed office for client meetings. Coordinated Fitouts + Renovations also completed the electrical and data as the intention was to utilise large, interactive LCD screens to allow clients to walk through future developments digitally.

The existing Jarrah floor boards were repaired, stained black and polished, creating a contrast with the white walls and ceilings. The final piece to the fitout was a custom built stone table, which was placed in the centre of the room.
