TOMMY GUNS KARRINYUP

Karrinyup Shopping Centre completed their $800 million redevelopment featuring over 290 stores and 109,000 sqm of retail space in November 2021. National barbershop brand Tommy Guns looked to expand their WA footprint as part of this redevelopment.

Coordinated Fitouts & Renovations was appointed as the builder in September, with the expected completion six weeks after contract signing.

Works included large format framed and glazed shopfront with signage, all services including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. All joinery and cabinetry, walls, ceilings, flooring, tiling, metalwork and back of house.

Project management regarding managing the project, installation of client’s equipment, retail shelving and remaining Cat 1 works (taken over by Coordinated Fitouts + Renovations from Multiplex to assist in reaching the completion date).
